We need YOU!
Have you missed any of the last couple of outings? Had to work? Had to Travel?
We missed you! And we still have room for this year!
Can't golf? Neither can half of the Krogstad family (not my half), although some one always tends to beat my score every year. But come on, we really do need you to make this a fun and meaningful event! We can't do it without you, so put it on your calendar this year.
This will be our 13th Anniversary outing, and we
want to make it the best one yet. If you haven't let Kris or
Erik know that you are planning on attending, you can email us
from the address above. We are also accepting registrations via
this website. The cost is only $75.00 per player, but if you get $300 (or more)
in sponsors then you can play for free.
There will be prizes and food and fun and we look forward to seeing you!
When:
May 14th, 2010
Where: Rolling Greens Golf Club – 214 Newton-Sparta Road,
Newton, NJ
Registration Time:
11:00-12:00 or Online registration
[here]
Tee Time: 1:00 pm
Why:
Why not? Jay was a big part of a lot of our lives, and
whether you want to help us donate to different foundations in his
name, or just want to take a day off of work and play golf, we want
to see you!
When
do I need to register by?: Registering and paying are two
different things. If you are definitely planning on attending, let
us know now. If you are going to try to attend, let us know that
too!
What
if I don’t play golf?: Well, that never stopped Jay before
and it won’t stop us. But if you are afraid of looking like more of
a fool than Kris or are more afraid of being pelted with golf balls,
then you can just sign up for dinner. Or of course, if you just want
to send a donation, that would be great too!
Where
does the money go?: The last fpur years, our proceeds have
been allocated to the Seeing Eye in Morristown, St. Peter’s
Orphanage in Denville, and Comfort Zone Camp. This year we will be donating the proceeds
to a great cause, The Humane Society of
Port Jervis/Deerpark
"The Humane Society of
Port Jervis/Deerpark
has served the Tri-State community
for more than four decades.
Our Shelter was established in 1959 by
Robert Kleinstuber as a memorial to his
wonderful dog, Jeff."
What
do I have to do?: Well, first of all, send an email to let
Kris or Erik know that you plan on attending. We need to get a count
to the golf course right away. More details will follow shortly.
